We have a wide variety of management and technical reports available for clients, including weekly network status reports as well as monthly reports which provide excellent management and auditing reports. Charts, analytic numbers and verbal descriptions are reported for network security compliance documentation, based on the subscribed service level agreement. Sample reports are available upon request.
We would like to control when servers and workstations are rebooted, is that possible?
A maintenance window can be established to control when these actions occur, avoiding computing disruptions. User may also interact with the service, controling when these events are allowed. Manual control is available with email notification of the need for reboot to the designated representative.
How long is the backup data stored in the off-site disaster recovery center?
This feature is configurable to client needs. The Remote Backup Service safely backs up any new or changed files each day. These files are encrypted and relicated to our off-site disaster recovery center and are retained for 12 months. Your specific company policy may have specific requirements and can be accomodated to ensure full compliance.
Our Network security needs include automated Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware/Malware
updates, as well as detailed reporting for compliance purposes.
